A lot of innovation in food packaging containers has concentrated on eco-friendly food packaging or sustainable packaging. Sustainable packaging meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
Sustainable design is a growing area within many industrial sectors particularly with the rise in legislation concerning product responsibility, which places more emphasis on the way products should be designed.
